Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sessions are booked and paid for in advance through this website. Where available, payment options such as PayPal Pay in 3 or Klarna are provided and managed by the payment provider under their own terms and conditions.
Single sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. Once a session has taken place, refunds are not available.
Three-Session and Seven-Session Journeys are designed as complete programmes. A full refund is available if you cancel before your first session. Once the first session has taken place, the package becomes non-refundable. Any remaining sessions may be rescheduled and used within 12 months of the original booking date.
If I need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund where appropriate.
